I.Product Overview

This project is a 30T/H single-stage reverse osmosis (RO) pure water system for the lithium battery industry.
The system features a modular design consisting of raw water pretreatment, RO main unit, pure water storage tank, and an automatic control system.

Compact layout, neat piping, and installation strictly follow industrial and process standards.
Key components are sourced from international brands. The high-pressure pump ensures stable performance, and RO membranes achieve over 99% salt rejection.
The control system uses PLC automation for one-touch start/stop, automatic backwash, pressure protection, and online water quality monitoring.
