This is our water treatment system designed for the touch display industry. It is 70T/H Secondary stage reverse osmosis + EDI + polishing mixed-bed ultrapure water system, has been in continuous use at the customer's site for 10 years and is still operating stably and reliably.
The touch display industry has extremely high requirements for water quality, especially in processes such as glass cleaning, fine grinding, ITO coating, and pre-lamination treatment.
To ensure process stability and reduce particulate and ion contamination, the customer chose this UPW ultrapure water system, which has been in continuous and stable use ever since.
The entire system includes:
Sand filtration + activated carbon filtration
Precision filtration + two-stage reverse osmosis (2RO)
EDI deep desalination system
Mixed bed ultrapure water system
Over the past 8 years, the following have been achieved:
Regular membrane cleaning (CIP)
Optimized recovery rate control
Optimized additive dosing
Effectively extending membrane element lifespan and avoiding unnecessary replacement costs.
Customer feedback: EDI requires almost no major overhauls during operation, demonstrating extremely high stability. Even after 8 years of use, relying on regular resin regeneration and professional maintenance, it still maintains a high level of UPW water quality. This fully demonstrates:
Reasonable engineering design
Durable equipment quality
Low maintenance costs
Long-term support for touch display processes
Providing customers with a continuous and reliable ultrapure water guarantee for display module production.
