I.System Configuration
The entire system employs a two-stage reverse osmosis process, including a raw water pretreatment unit(Ultrafiltration System), a first-stage reverse osmosis system, a second-stage reverse osmosis system, a pure water storage tank, and a fully automated control system.
II.Equipment Technology:
The core components of the equipment are from internationally renowned brands:
The high-pressure pump is highly efficient and operates with low noise;
The reverse osmosis membrane element has a desalination rate of up to 99.8%;
And the piping line uses SUS304 stainless steel for high-pressure,
And UPVC for low pressure to ensure corrosion resistance, leak-free operation, and cleanliness.
The system employs PLC automatic control and a touchscreen human-machine interface, featuring automatic start/stop, pressure protection, membrane flushing, and online water quality monitoring.
The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, allowing for real-time monitoring of operating status and water quality parameters, enabling fully unattended operation.
After commissioning, the system operated stably, producing consistent quality water with low conductivity and high recovery rate.
The primary reverse osmosis effluent served as the feed water for the secondary RO system.
After two stages of precision filtration, high-purity permeable water was obtained.
The effluent quality fully meets the ultrapure water process requirements of industries such as electronics, lithium batteries, and new energy.

Q: How Does Reverse Osmosis Work?
A: Reverse osmosis systems purify water by forcing pressurized water through a very fine Aromatic polyamide membrane. If the raw water being treated comes from a well or another private source, disinfection and pre-filters (to remove chlorine and/or particulates/sediment) may be needed in advance of the R/O unit to remove contaminants that can foul or damage the membrane.
Q: How Do I Know What Size Unit to Buy?
A: R/O units are rated according to the amount of treated water produced per day. For example, one type of unit produces 5000 liters of treated water per day under its design conditions. In reality, conditions frequently vary. Line pressure is often lower, water will frequently be colder than 25° C, and backpressure in the storage tank will likely reduce the performance of the unit. Consequently, you should examine water conditions and buy a larger-rated unit than needed if any of the above problems are noted
Q: Material of the reverse osmosis system?
A: You can choose FRP filter + U-PVC pipe, stainless steel filter + U-PVC pipe, or total stainless steel.
Q: What's your production Period?
A: Generally, for 50Hz voltage, we need 5 working days to finish; for 60Hz, we need 30 working days to finish.
