I.Product Description

Ultrafiltration technology is a pressure-driven membrane separation process that removes suspended or particular matters(including colloids&silt)from water. It serves as a pretreatment for surface water, sea water and biologically-treated municipal effluent before reverse osmosis and other membrane systems. This solution is far more reliable than a conventional multimedia filter. In addition to superior turbidity removal, UF membranes efficiently remove bacteria and most virus.

II. Flow Chart

Raw water pump → Quartz sand filter → Activated carbon filter→ Resin softener → Security filter → High-pressure pump → Reverse osmosis system →Uv sterilizer→Ozone sterilizer →Finished Water tank

1. Raw water pump: provide the pressure to silica sandfilter/active carbon filter.
2. Silica Sand filter: get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on.
3. Activated Carbon filter: Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on.
4. Water Softener: Get rid of calcium and magnesium ions in original / source water, reduce water hardness.
5. Security filter: prevent any deposition of large Particles, most of the bacteria, and viruses into the Ultrafiltration (UF) system, The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.
6. High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to Ultrafiltration (UF) system (at least 2.0 Mpa)..
7. Ultrafiltration (UF) system system-- main part of pure water treatment machinery plant. The desaltation rate upto 99%, it is capable of removing over 99% of ions, bacterias, particles and 98% of organic.
8. UV sterilizer -- kill some bacteria that may also pass through the Ultrafiltration (UF) system.
9. Ozone sterilizer -- Use ozone Kill bacteria not killed by UV.
10. Finished water tank -- For pure water storage.
