Customer Background

Our client, a leading lithium-ion battery manufacturer based in Malaysia, required a high-performance ultrapure water system to support its electrode coating and cell assembly processes. The project demanded consistent water quality of 18.2 MΩ·cm with strict control of TOC and silica levels to ensure battery performance and longevity.

Solution Provided

We designed and supplied a 6T/H Two-Stage Reverse Osmosis (RO) + EDI + Nuclear-Grade Mixed Bed Resin ultrapure water system.
Key system features include:

  • Two-Stage RO for efficient desalination and reduction of conductivity load.
  • EDI (Electrodeionization) for continuous, chemical-free deionization.
  • Nuclear-Grade Resin Polishing Unit to achieve ultrapure water quality up to 18.2 MΩ·cm.

  • 304 Stainless Steel Piping and UPVC for pretreatment, ensuring durability and hygiene.
