III. Application Cases of Reclaimed water reuse process for food processing wastewater treatment
Brewery: After undergoing “pretreatment + aerobic biological treatment + ultrafiltration + UV disinfection,” brewing wastewater is reused for equipment cleaning and boiler makeup water, achieving water savings of 30%-40%.
Slaughterhouse: Wastewater undergoes “anaerobic digestion (biogas production) + aerobic treatment + coagulation and sedimentation” before being reused for pen cleaning and vehicle disinfection, reducing fresh water usage while recovering energy.
