I.Product Overview

The 15 tons per hour (15T/H) Ultrapure Water System is a fully automatic, high-efficiency purification unit designed to produce ultrapure water that meets stringent industrial standards. It integrates advanced technologies, including reverse osmosis (RO), electrodeionization (EDI), precision filtration, and automatic control, to ensure stable water quality and reliable operation.

High Purity Output: Conductivity ≤ 0.1 μS/cm or resistivity ≥ 18 MΩ·cm (at 25°C).

Advanced Filtration Process: A multi-stage pretreatment system (comprising a sand filter, activated carbon filter, softener, and security filter) ensures long-term membrane protection.

Double RO + EDI Configuration: Guarantees consistent production of ultrapure water for sensitive applications.

Fully Automatic Control: PLC + touch screen operation with real-time monitoring of flow, pressure, and water quality.
