Product Overview
This 20T/H ultrapure water treatment unit is specifically engineered for the lithium battery industry. It combines advanced reverse osmosis (RO) technology with EDI deionization in a primary and secondary RO configuration with EDI to meet stringent water quality requirements. The system features a "one for operation, one for backup" design concept to ensure stable operation and continuous water supply.

Which machine should I choose?
Selection depends on your raw water quality and permeate water requirements. Systems typically include pretreatment (UF system, anti-scale dosing, flocculant dosing, disinfectant dosing, water softener, sand filter, carbon filter, security filter), RO machine, and post-treatment (UV sterilizer, Ozonizer, ClO2 sterilizer). We design the proper process according to your specific water quality needs.
What's your machine material?
Pretreatment tanks typically use FRP or stainless steel. RO frames can be stainless steel or carbon steel. Piping is usually stainless steel and UPVC. We can customize materials according to your specific requirements.
What's the control method?
Pretreatment can be manual or automatic. The complete system uses relay, PLC, or man-machine interface remote control options.
Which spare parts need to be changed regularly?
Filter cartridges in the security filter and RO membranes require regular replacement. Filter cartridges typically need changing every 3-6 months, while RO membranes last 1-3 years depending on water quality and maintenance practices.
