I.Overview
Ultrafiltration (UF) system plays a core role in the field of water reuse, realizing deep purification of wastewater through efficient physical screening, so that the effluent water reaches the standard of landscape, industrial or municipal miscellaneous use.

II.Process design
Municipal wastewater reuse standard process:
secondary effluent → coagulation and sedimentation → ultrafiltration (0.03μm) → sodium hypochlorite disinfection → reuse basin
High-standard industrial reuse combined process:
MBR effluent → ultrafiltration → reverse osmosis → ultraviolet disinfection → boiler make-up water
(technology highlights: UF as a protective barrier for RO, SDI stability <3; dual-membrane recovery rate of up to 75%-85%)
