Preliminary Treatment:
Wastewater is collected and sent to an oil-separating adjustment tank to remove floating oils, stabilize water quality/quantity, and mitigate impacts on subsequent processes.
Batch Physicochemical Reaction:
Adjust pH with liquid alkali in the reaction tank, followed by coagulation with PAC and flocculation with PAM. Fine suspended particles form large flocs, which are separated by a filter press. The supernatant proceeds to evaporation.
