III.Desalination Advantages of Secondary RO
1.Primary RO desalination rate: 97–99% (affected by feedwater salinity and membrane condition).
2.Two-stage RO desalination rate: Up to 99.5–99.8% (due to lower contaminant loading in the primary RO product water feed).
3.System total desalination rate: ≈ 99.99% (cascade effect of dual stages).
