The Industrial 30 TPH Ultrapure Water System with Two-Pass RO and EDI is designed to deliver stable, high-purity ultrapure water for demanding industrial applications. The system integrates ultrafiltration (UF), two-pass reverse osmosis (RO), EDI (electrodeionization) and polishing units to ensure consistent water quality, high reliability and long-term operation.
Product Description
This ultrapure water system adopts a two-pass RO configuration with high-rejection membranes to effectively remove dissolved salts, organic matter and silica. The downstream EDI system further eliminates trace ions without the use of chemicals, enabling continuous production of ultrapure water with high resistivity and low conductivity. A polishing mixed bed (PMB) can be incorporated as a final treatment step to meet ultra-strict water quality requirements.
