What is this system designed for?

This ultrapure water system is designed to produce high-purity water (up to 18.2 MΩ·cm) for use in battery manufacturing, particularly for applications requiring strict control of ionic and organic contaminants. It ensures stable water quality for electrode preparation, electrolyte formulation, and cleaning processes.

What purification technologies are included?

The system integrates three major purification stages:

Dual-Stage Reverse Osmosis (RO) – Efficiently removes up to 99% of dissolved salts, organics, and particulates.

EDI (Electrodeionization) – Continuously polishes RO permeate, eliminating residual ions without chemical regeneration.

Mixed Bed Ion Exchange (MB) – Provides final polishing to achieve the highest resistivity and ultra-low TOC levels.
