I.Overview
Ultrafiltration (UF) systems play a key pre-treatment role in the preparation of ultrapure water (UPW) for electronics and semiconductors by efficiently removing particles, colloids and microorganisms, protecting the subsequent reverse osmosis (RO) and ion exchange resins, and ensuring that the produced water meets the resistivity standard of 18.2 MΩ-cm.
