I.Overview
Ultrafiltration (UF) system plays a vital role in mineral water production, realizing the perfect balance of high efficiency sterilization and mineral retention, which is the core process of natural mineral water production, mainly used for removing suspended solids, colloids, microorganisms, and at the same time retaining the mineral content to ensure that the water quality is safe and in line with the standard of natural mineral water, with its low-energy consumption, no chemical additives, and easy automation, which is in line with the modern trend of healthy drinking water. II.Typical process 

Basic process :
Raw water → rough filtration (5~50 μm) → ultrafiltration (0.01~0.1 μm) → ozone/ultraviolet disinfection → bottling

Combined process 


Highly polluted water source:
Raw water → coagulation → sand filtration → ultrafiltration → activated carbon adsorption → ozone → filling

Ultrafiltration + RO process 


Partial demineralization needs:
Raw water → ultrafiltration → reverse osmosis (partial water flow) → mixing → mineralization → filling
