IV. Design Highlights

  • The system adopts fully automatic control (with manual control also available). During operation, automatic backwash and regeneration programs can be preset.

  • All unit wiring is completed in the factory, reducing installation and commissioning time.

  • Both the primary and secondary reverse osmosis systems are equipped with recirculation pipelines. The RO system includes chemical cleaning and disinfection devices.

  • Piping is made of 304/316L stainless steel, with both sanitary and non-sanitary grade designs.

  • The entire ultrapure water treatment system is constructed from stainless steel, featuring a smooth, flat surface with no dead angles, making it easy to clean and sterilize. It is corrosion-resistant to prevent rusting.

  • Sterile ultrapure water can be produced directly from tap water, fully replacing distilled water and double-distilled water.

  • Stainless steel piping is welded automatically and inspected internally using endoscopy.

  • The purified water storage tank is equipped with a breather filter, and the distribution pipeline is fitted with a UV sterilizer and microporous filter to ensure the water meets sanitary standards.

  • Integrated control and instrumentation systems provide convenient operation and management.

  • The system features online monitoring, scheduled printing, and water quality alarm functions to ensure the safety and reliability of your process water supply.
