I.Introduction to Automatic Water Softening System

Water softening, as the name suggests, refers to reducing the hardness of water. The automatic water softening system consists of three key components: the ion exchange unit, salt regeneration unit, and control unit. At the core of this system lies ion exchange technology, with ion exchange resin serving as the main body. Since water hardness is primarily formed and represented by calcium and magnesium ions, cation exchange resins are generally used to replace Ca²⁺ and Mg²⁺ (the main components forming scale) in water. As the content of Ca²⁺ and Mg²⁺ in the resin increases, its efficiency in removing these ions gradually decreases.

II.Automatic Water Softening Equipment

Our water softening equipment offers multiple series tailored to different needs, including time-controlled, flow-controlled, and continuous soft water supply systems. Available in various configurations such as single-valve single-tank, single-valve dual-tank, dual-valve dual-tank parallel, and large-scale multi-valve multi-tank series systems, it meets diverse water usage requirements for users.


  • Flow-controlled type: Initiates automatic regeneration based on preset flow volume, which can be customized according to resin filling quantity and water quality conditions.
  • Time-controlled type: Calculates regeneration time based on resin filling quantity, water quality, and hourly demand. It allows setting regeneration cycles within 7 to 12 days and selecting regeneration time freely within 24 hours.
