I. Introduction to Automatic Water Softening System
The softening water treatment system is a water treatment equipment that uses the ion exchange principle to remove calcium and magnesium ions from water. It is mainly used in industrial boilers, cooling systems, chemical production and domestic water. Its core component is the sodium ion exchanger, which is filled with strong acid ion exchange resin. The sodium ions replace the calcium and magnesium ions to achieve water softening.

III. Softening System For Direct-fired Engine

There are five processes: working (sometimes called water production, the same below), backwashing, salt absorption (regeneration), slow flushing (displacement), and fast flushing. All the processes of different water softening equipment are very similar, but there may be some additional processes due to different actual processes or control needs. Any water softening equipment based on sodium ion exchange is developed on the basis of these five processes (among which, the fully automatic water softening equipment will add the brine re-injection process).

First, you need to provide the type of system that needs to use softened water:

2. System water use time: That is, operating time/hourly water consumption/average value/peak value/ Does the equipment need continuous water supply? 3. Total hardness of source water The water source is municipal tap watergroundwatersurface water source, and the total hardness of raw water in the use area. For a certain type of water softener, the raw water hardness is high, and its cycle water production must be relatively reduced, which leads to frequent regeneration of the soft water equipment. Relatively reduce the service life of the resin. To avoid such a situation, the resin volume should be increased, which means using a larger model of water softener.
