Product Description

I.Overview
Ultra-pure water (resistivity ≥ 18.2 MΩ·cm) plays a crucial role in laser equipment cooling systems, serving as the “lifeblood” of high-end laser equipment cooling systems. Especially when cooling high-power, high-stability lasers (such as semiconductor-pumped solid-state lasers, high-power fiber lasers, excimer lasers, and certain gas lasers), as well as high-precision laser equipment (such as industrial cutting/welding lasers, excimer lasers for lithography, medical lasers, and ultrafast lasers for research), it is one of the key technical components ensuring reliable operation and extended lifespan. Its core application lies in its unique physical and chemical properties, which enable it to meet the stringent requirements of laser systems for cooling media, ensuring efficient heat dissipation and preventing system damage.


II.Standard  Process
Municipal tap water → Multi - media filtration → Activated carbon adsorption → 5μm security filtration → RO (Reverse Osmosis) → EDI (Electrodeionization) → Mixed bed polishing → 185/254nm UV (Ultraviolet) → 0.1μm ultrafiltration → Nitrogen - sealed storage tank → 316L stainless steel circulation pipeline network → Laser equipment cold plate
