I. Equipment Overview

This project features a 2 * 10 m³/h industrial reverse osmosis (RO) water treatment system, specifically designed for industrial process water supply with an integrated concentrate reuse system, significantly reducing overall water consumption and discharge volume.

The system adopts a Secondary RO configuration, ensuring stable and continuous operation. Each RO unit can operate independently or in parallel, providing operational flexibility and enhanced system reliability. The concentrate reuse system recovers a substantial portion of RO reject water, effectively increasing the total water recovery rate and supporting sustainable water management practices.
