I. Equipment Overview

Water for biopharmaceutical production demands even stricter water quality requirements. To ensure the safety of water used in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, the entire system is constructed using all-stainless steel materials, and the final water delivery point is equipped with a sterilization device. The cleaning of production equipment and facilities consumes significant volumes of process water.

  • The system employs fully automatic control (with manual override capability). During operation, automatic backwash and regeneration programs can be configured.

  • All unit wiring is pre-completed at the factory, reducing installation and commissioning time.

  • Both primary and secondary Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems are equipped with recirculation pipelines. The RO unit includes chemical cleaning and sterilization/disinfection devices.

  • Piping utilizes 304/316L stainless steel materials with both sanitary and non-sanitary grade designs available.

  • The entire ultra-pure water treatment system is constructed of stainless steel, featuring smooth, flat, crevice-free surfaces for easy cleaning/sterilization, with corrosion resistance to prevent rust.

  • Directly produces sterile ultra-pure water from tap water, fully replacing distilled water and double-distilled water.

  • Automated welding of stainless steel pipes with borescope inspection.

  • Purified water storage tanks incorporate vent filters. Distribution piping is equipped with UV sterilizers and microporous filters to ensure water meets sanitary requirements.

  • Integrated control and instrumentation systems enable convenient operation and management.

  • Features online monitoring with timed printing and water quality alarm functions for abnormal parameters, safeguarding your production water supply.
