System Overview
This 1.5 TPH ultra pure water system combines multi-stage filtration, reverse osmosis, and electrodeionization technologies to deliver water purity meeting stringent industrial standards. Ideal for pharmaceuticals, electronics, and power generation industries.
Process Flow
- Raw Water Inlet: Water enters the system and flows into sand carbon filter
- Sand Carbon Filter: Preliminary filtration removes suspended solids, chlorine, and organic contaminants
- Double Pass Reverse Osmosis:
- First-stage RO: Removes large amounts of dissolved solids, salts, and impurities
- Second-stage RO: Further purification ensures highest water quality
- EDI (Electrodeionization): Removes residual ions after RO process
- Ultra Pure Water Output: Final output ready for sensitive industrial applications
